Proposed by filmmakers and cultural activists Rim Mejdi and Yasmine Benabdallah in the framework of their research and reflection on how to decolonize Moroccan archives, this conversation invites Lumbung members Yasmine Eid-Sabbagh and Subversive Film to share their experience and approaches to processes of decolonizing archives in their respective contexts. The sharing of knowledge, methodologies, and strategies will sustain the collective writing of a manifesto which will take place in Morocco in the coming months.
