Departing from a common interest in cooking and eating as a central social practice in Morocco and a space of socializing and sharing, Laila and Amine will cook the traditional Moroccan Bissara for anyone who will be lucky enough to pass by that morning and try the taste of the Moroccan fava bean soup.

Bissara is a traditional North-African dish that is made with dried fava beans or split peas garnished with some flacky salt, cumin, hot cayenne and a dizzle of olive oil. Easy recipe and warming dish.
